Return and Refund Policy
At SMB Ornaments, we are dedicated to providing a safe shopping platform to ensure your shopping experience is as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Please take the time to try on all the jewelry you receive. If you decide to return any item, we are happy to assist you with the return and refund process without any questions asked.
You have a 15-day return period after receiving the products, and customers are requested to raise their return queries within this time frame. You can reach out to our customer support team anytime to help you with any issues related to your order, payment, and shipment.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, Naths (Nose Pins) and Toe Rings are not returnable.
Here’s how you can easily return products:
- Go to the Return Centre and fill out the returns form. Once you have requested the return, you will receive an email notifying you of the same.
- It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you an email once the return request is confirmed with instructions on how to return the products.

Instructions to fill out our Return Form Inside the Returns Centre:
- Fill in your order number along with your contact number and email.
- Select the unused products you would like to return.
- Click a picture of the products you are returning and upload them.
- Request return shipping and submit.
The return shipment will be scheduled to the location where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.
Please Note: Kindly return the products with the original packaging and bill.
Refund
Refunds will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all COD orders, a link will be sent to your registered mobile number, where you will need to fill in your bank details to redeem the refund amount. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund, and it might take an additional 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
If you are looking to exchange an item, please request the return of the product you received and place a fresh order on our website directly. Since our products are fast-moving, we recommend placing an immediate order to avoid missing out on your favorite jewelry designs. If your order was prepaid, a full refund for the returned products will be initiated.
Alternatively, products purchased online can be exchanged at our retail store within 15 days of delivery.

Can I Cancel My Order?
You can request to cancel your order by emailing us at smbornaments@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery.

Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, with the original SMB Ornaments packaging, tags, and bill.
